Responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Review assigned accounts on a daily basis
  • Follow up with past due accounts
  • Place high volume of calls to customers
  • Reduce the number of delinquent accounts
  • Work with customers to resolve their delinquent account

Required Skills:


  • Knowledge of collections procedure
  • Excellent customer services skills
  • Detail-Oriented
  • Excellent verbal and writing skills
  • Organizational and multitasking skills
  • Ability to work in a fast paced work environment
  • Ability to meet deadlines and report to management
