YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

As the receptionist, you are the first point of contact for employees and clients, both in person and over the phone.
You handle incoming and outgoing mail and manage the email inbox.
You order and manage office supplies, drinks, and other consumables, and coordinate with our service providers and suppliers.
On behalf of the management, you schedule appointments and are responsible for filing and document management.
