    We are looking for Field Service Technicians in the Jacksonville FL region to assist customers with their cash automation technology equipment.

    Job Description:

    As a Service Technician at Burroughs, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and servicing various equipment at customer locations in compliance with service level agreements. This includes banking and cash automation equipment, self-service devices, and other OEM devices. We are seeking individuals with exceptional integrity, great customer service skills, technical capabilities, and a team-oriented mindset.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Install, maintain, and service cash automation equipment at customer sites
    • Diagnose and resolve product performance issues
    • Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication
    • Manage tools and parts inventory accurately

    Minimum Requirements:

    • Technical aptitude for repairing electronics and electro-mechanical components
    • Passion for customer service
    • Strong personal integrity and business ethics
    • Ability to work independently and in a team
    • Self-motivated and well-organized
    • Effective oral and written communication skills
    • High School Diploma (Bachelor's degree preferred)
    • Valid US driver's license
    • Ability to lift equipment up to 75 pounds
    • Previous experience with ATMs and cash automation equipment is a plus
