    Role Overview:

    As a Service Technician, you will respond to service calls, diagnose equipment malfunctions, and perform repairs on electronic fire alarm systems and related building products at customer sites.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Follow troubleshooting procedures and technical manuals to repair equipment
    • Service, troubleshoot, and install various manufacturers' Fire & Life Safety systems
    • Interpret blueprints, diagrams, and operational manuals
    • Provide excellent customer service and ensure satisfaction
    • Complete Service Acknowledgements accurately
    • Participate in on-call rotation and assist in training team members
    • Perform other assigned duties

    Qualifications:

    Required:

    • 3+ years experience in low voltage electrical systems
    • Proficiency in reading blueprints and operational manuals
    • Knowledge of test equipment and commissioning devices
    • High School Diploma or equivalent
    • Ability to follow instructions and perform physical labor
    • Flexible work hours and strong customer service skills
    • Valid driver's license and ability to pass background check

    Preferred:

    • NICET Level II certification
