    Purpose of the position:

    Deliver exceptional service including preventive maintenance, safety checks, upgrades, and refurbishments, following Manager's instructions. Foster strong customer relationships while adhering to Best Practices in all tasks.

    Main tasks and responsibilities:

    Technical and product knowledge:

    • Stay current with technical developments and specifications

    Managing the customer:

    • Respond and interact with customers to enhance satisfaction

    Risk management:

    • Ensure safety and compliance with regulations
    • Operate service vehicle responsibly
    • Protect company property and promote safety

    Service process:

    • Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair equipment as directed
    • Maintain records and reports accurately

    Commercial awareness and cost-effectiveness:

    • Efficiently manage resources and provide cost-effective service
    • Ensure accurate invoicing and spare parts management

    New business opportunities:

    • Identify and communicate sales opportunities

    Continuous Improvement:

    • Provide feedback for quality improvement
    • Participate in innovative thinking for enhanced efficiency
    • Contribute to a positive image of the brand

    Accountabilities:

    • Required 1-year DOT Medical Card
    • Qualification in mechanical engineering or related field
    • Working knowledge of equipment and safety regulations
    • Compliance with company policies and procedures
    • Maintenance of tools and records

    What you'll need to succeed:

    Education:

    • High School diploma/GED required
    • Technical or Secondary College preferred

    Working experience:

    • 3+ years of mechanical, hydraulic, or electrical operations preferred

    Skills and competencies:

    • Customer-oriented and capable of working independently
    • Effective problem-solving and hands-on skills
    • Computer literacy and strong diagnostic abilities

    Personal attributes or qualities:

    • Shares company values and is customer-focused
    • Demonstrates urgency and passion for performance improvement
