    Fleet Ballistic Missiles (FBM) is a pivotal division within Lockheed Martin, characterized by its commitment to collaboration, trust, and dependability. The Life Extension 2 team part of the FBM program focuses on pioneering the Next Generation System.     As a Systems Integration and Test Engineering Associate Manager, your role will involve:


    • Leading Staffing Support initiatives
    • Managing Test Product Readiness (Procedures, Plans, and Scripts)
    • Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the test team
    • Providing Detailed Timeline Planning and Technical Guidance for Test Execution
    • Conducting Performance Reviews, Hiring, and Job Placement for Badged Personnel
    • Contributing to Program ATLO Planning Inputs
    • Collaborating in GSE and Operations CAM Duties
    • Implementing Rewards & recognition programs
    • Mentoring and guiding your team
    Basic Qualifications:


    • Holds a BS in Engineering/ Aerospace Engineering or a related field from an accredited institution
    • Proficient in electrical testing, inclusive of formulating detailed test plans, procedures, and/or scripts
    • Possesses an Active Top Secret security clearance
    Desired Skills:


    • Demonstrates Full Spectrum Leadership with strong oral, written, and presentation skills, adept at engaging with customers and senior program management
    • Thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with evolving requirements and schedules, showcasing the ability to work independently
    • Familiarity with Automation Framework
    • Experience in spacecraft/GSE hardware integration, testing, and anomaly resolution
    • Proficient in Test and Measurement equipment and methods
    • Proven track record of collaboration with Government customers
    • Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime, off shifts, and weekends in a 24/7 operations environment
    Security Clearance Statement: This position mandates a government security clearance, requires applicants to be US Citizens.

    Clearance Level: Top Secret

    Remote Telework:

    Part of your schedule will involve remote work while the rest will be at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.

    Details of the weekly schedule will be communicated during the hiring process.

    Work Schedules: Various work schedules are available, offering flexibility. Choose the one that suits you best.

    Schedule for this Position: 9x80 schedule with every other Friday off

    Pay Rate:


    The annual base salary for this role in select regions starts from $100,400 and goes up to $192,500.

    Keep in mind, salary ranges are indicative. Factors such as role scope, experience, skills, and market dynamics are considered during offer discussions.

    Applicable for Washington state applicants.

    Non-represented full-time employees:

    Enjoy at least 10 hours of Paid Time Off (PTO) monthly, besides other benefits. Holiday entitlement is 90 hours.

    For represented full-time employees, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are provided based on tenure.

    This position is incentive plan eligible.

    Pay Rate:


    For major metropolitan areas in California and New York, the annual salary ranges between $115,500 and $217,500.

    Note, salary figures are approximate. Various aspects are weighed before offering a final package.
