Your tasks:
  • You will work as a full-fledged team member in various areas of our work, including thin client support, printer and network administration, and creating system documentation.
  • Our training coordinator will be available to answer your questions and help you deepen your knowledge.
  • You will independently install and set up networks, databases, and operating systems, with support from our team as needed.
  • You will act as a contact person for technical questions and provide advice to employees on software and hardware issues.
  • You will primarily learn about Windows Server, virtualization (Hyper-V, Data Core, Fail-Over-Cluster), Citrix, M365, Datev, and more.
  • You will also gain insights into all areas of the company and get to know the entire organization.
Your skills and qualifications:
  • You have a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • You are passionate about the world of IT.
  • You have a knack for understanding technical concepts and enjoy solving technical problems.
  • You thrive in a team environment and regularly exchange ideas with your colleagues in team meetings.
  • You have strong communication skills and enjoy working with both your team and customers.
  • You are polite, hardworking, confident, and loyal.
  • A valid driver's license (Class B) is desirable but not mandatory.
