    Description

    **Sales Manager - Inside Sales (SaaS)**

    Sales Lindon, Utah As a sales manager you have one job, and that is to hit the company financial objectives - revenue. You will assume responsibility for guiding and inspiring Account Executive team members to contribute to company revenue goals while providing a wonderful customer and employee experience. Your efforts will affect overall company growth in a major way. By utilizing resources and crafting strategic plans, you will help your team to maximize their sales potential. * Lead a sales team in core sales responsibilities including; building pipeline, negotiating and selling BambooHRs solutions

    Help your team meet revenue goals on a weekly and monthly basis.

    Analyze various data points to determine opportunities for your team members development

    Take an active part in supporting team members with larger deals. Be a second voice to help get deals across the finish line.

    Collaborate with leadership team to forecast, train, and motivate the team members

    Mentor your team by helping team members with calls, performing live demos, setting goals and holding them accountable, assisting in overcoming client concerns, and roadblocks

    Be accountable for your teams behaviors and results

    Identify critical behaviors that lead to success and coach to model and replicate those behaviors in your reps.

    Help us build out our stellar sales team through your involvement in the hiring process

    2+ years of sales management experience in SaaS (software as a service) sales

    1+ years of experience as an Account Executive in the SaaS industry with extensive experience in a CRM and Google Suite

    You have SaaS (software as a service) and SMB (target market in small to medium size businesses) experience

    You have the ability to paint a vision and get buy-in from your team of reps

    You have demonstrated collaboration, persuasion, and mentorship/coaching skills

    Excellent written and verbal communication skills

    Great attitude, self-motivated, and are not selfish. You act with the teams best interest in mind

    You have a proficiency and knowledge of various solution-selling methodologies and best practices

    You have strong leadership, creativity, and analytical skills

    You have experience in Salesforce

    You thrive under the responsibility to train, motivate, inspire, and hold others accountable

    You maintain a balance of being a true team-player as well as having a competitive edge

    You have a positive attitude, are coachable and have proven ability to take and implement feedback (training, resiliency, appreciate the growth from adversity)

    You have the ability to engage and communicate with reps in a positive and approachable way

    You have a good command of your time and prioritize effectively the tasks that are consistently thrown your way

    The ability to use candor in providing constructive feedback while being great at recognizing the positives and potential in people
