- Receptionist
- South Henderson, NC
- Monday – Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
- Welcome visitors and assist in solving problems as needed
- Manage security and telecommunications systems
- Handle queries and complaints via phone in person, email and general correspondence
- Manage meeting room availability
- Receive, sort, distribute, and dispatch daily mail; ensuring messages are passed to the appropriate staff member in a timely manner
- Handle transcription, printing, photocopying and faxing
- Assist CSR's with customer emails, pick up and shipping details
- Coordinate internal and external events with HR
- Assist HR with ordering office supplies and communicating with office equipment vendors
- Maintain safety and cleaning standards of the reception area
- Proficient in all Microsoft Office programs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Organized, resourceful and proficient in scheduling
- Must be customer focused and an active listener
- Adept at prioritizing multiple responsibilities and multitasking
- Must be a fast and eager learner
