    Job Title: Group Training Manager

    Location: Nashville TN

    Position Summary: We are looking for a motivated and skilled Group Training Manager to lead our specialized departments, Carbon EDGE and Group X. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, coordinating, and enhancing the overall effectiveness of our group training programs. This role includes hands-on teaching, programming, oversight of key performance indicators (KPIs), and driving sales to meet the companys strategic objectives.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Lead and manage the group training programs for Carbon EDGE and Group X, ensuring high-quality fitness solutions that align with our brand standards.

    Teach a select number of classes per week, showcasing high energy and expert knowledge in group fitness.

    Develop and implement comprehensive training programs to enhance client satisfaction and retention.

    Monitor and report on the performance of training programs using KPIs, adjusting strategies as necessary to improve outcomes.

    Collaborate with the sales team to drive program enrollments and overall sales, developing promotional strategies and cross-department initiatives.

    Recruit, train, and evaluate staff within the departments, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.

    Stay current with industry trends and integrate innovative and effective training methods and technologies into our program offerings.

    Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within all group training activities.

    Qualifications:

    Bachelors degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or related field preferred.

    Relevant certifications in fitness training and group exercise (e.g., ACE, NASM, AFAA).

    Minimum of 3 years experience in a managerial role within the fitness or related industry preferred.

    Demonstrated ability to teach dynamic and engaging group classes.

    Strong understanding of program development, KPI management, and sales techniques in the fitness industry.

    Excellent communication and leadership skills.

    Proven track record of managing teams and driving business results.
