    Description
    Business Process Analyst with Credit One Bank, N.A. (Las Vegas, NV)

    Job Description:

    Formulate and apply mathematical modeling and other optimizing methods to develop and interpret information that assists management with decision-making, policy formulation, or other managerial functions.

    Evaluate, analyze, and report impact, anomalies, and performance of operational strategies, reporting findings and recommendations to management. Collect and analyze data and develop decision support for marketing team. Document business processes/procedures and identify gaps. Design and develop business methods, procedures, and models. Oversee internal template creation and provide feedback. Identify areas that need improvements and make recommendations. Execute business strategies and lead internal projects to achieve quality, effectiveness, and efficiency. Assist QA team in reviews and ensure all requirements are addressed and up to date. Interact with internal and external business partners to ensure cohesion and that standards are met. Support quality processes and procedures for marketing efforts to ensure accuracy of communications and offers. Implement solutions for best-in-class data management practices to ensure accurate, reliable, and well-documented data, dashboards and reports. Provide insight into business performance, trends, improvement opportunities, and root cause analysis, using various reporting tools and techniques.

    Job Requirements:
    Requires a Master's in Applied Analytics or a related field. Requires 2 years of related work experience.

    Must have some experience in each of the following skills:

    Tableau reporting; SAS; SQL/Oracle; Adobe Analytics; Google Analytics; Power BI; Automation; Python; MS Project; MS Excel, including: macros, pivots, automation, SAS integration, Data Analysis ToolPak, and Solver parameters; Database MS Access, including: creating and mapping relational databases, running complex code/queries, and Alteryx; and statistical software including JMP, SPSS, and R.
