As an Account Manager (m/f/d), you will be a valuable support to our sales team.

In close coordination with our Key Account Managers, your regional sales management, and our training and application specialists, you will support our customers in the long-term care segment in the Cologne-Bonn area.


What to expect:


  • Project management in the longterm care customer segment (nursing homes and facilities for people with disabilities)
  • Care and expansion of customer relationships, particularly with decisionmakers, through sustainable and regular visit frequency
  • Conceptual sales of the entire product portfolio and services
  • Support of our project business through sales and consulting in the areas of new construction and renovations
  • Close collaboration with nursing specialists, our service and rental team
  • Responsibility for regional key account customers in coordination with the supervisor
  • Acquisition of new customers
  • Management of reporting and maintenance of customer data in Salesforce

What sets you apart:


  • Successful sales experience in selling and consulting investment goods, ideally in the healthcare industry
  • Knowledge of internal structures of nursing homes and facilities and their decisionmaking processes desirable
