Your Training

Office management assistants are service all-rounders. You independently manage and coordinate tasks for customers in a service-oriented manner and support your colleagues with their daily tasks. During your training, you will go through various specialist departments and acquire comprehensive knowledge in the areas of information management, bookkeeping, and controlling.

What to expect:

  • You will acquire comprehensive knowledge in the areas of information management, bookkeeping, and controlling.
  • In our diverse specialist departments, we will train you in the elective qualifications of order control and coordination, as well as assistance and secretariat.
  • You will learn to independently and service-orientedly carry out tasks for customers and colleagues.
  • You and your fellow trainees will have access to an internal seminar concept in addition to vocational school.
  • Take the opportunity and complete your training after 2.5 years with the Chamber of Industry and Commerce.
Requirements

What you bring:

  • You enjoy commercial activities, customer service, and working with office programs.
  • You are interested in processing customer orders in the background, as well as the diverse organizational processes and structures in banking.
  • Reliability, communication skills, and a self-sufficient and structured way of working are your strengths.
