Job Description:
These are your responsibilities:
- Caring for, educating, and nurturing children in the nursery and/or kindergarten age
- Providing personal and household care
- Participating in internal team meetings and decisionmaking processes
- Supporting students and interns
- Organizational tasks (keeping group records and attendance lists, planning daily activities, etc.)
- Collaborating with parents (documenting observations and conducting parent meetings)
- Implementing the quality management system
Requirements:
- Staterecognized qualification (according to 7 KiTaG)
- Empathy and sensitivity
- Creativity, organizational skills, and structured work approach
- High level of commitment, patience, and resilience
- Fluent German language skills and knowledge of MS Office
