Technical Sales Support (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities:

Preparation of offers for our customers and providing advice on our product range
Responsible for order processing and order entry
Followup on offers
Support in marketoriented pricing within the framework of offer creation, taking into account price lists and pricing guidelines
Interface between our customers and our own production facility
Order management, in particular order processing and entry in sales
Support in market analysis and reporting
Intensive contact with our internal and external customers to build a good customer relationship

What we expect from you:

Completed commercial training with several years of professional experience, preferably in technical sales support/product management
Technical understanding and experience with technical products
Good knowledge of English and excellent MS Office skills
