Job Overview:

Here's what you'll be doing:

  • Managing executive calendars, scheduling appointments, and arranging meetings
  • Handling phone calls, taking messages, and responding to inquiries
  • Drafting and proofreading correspondence, reports, and presentations
  • Serving as a personal assistant to executives and supporting them with various tasks
  • Carrying out general clerical duties like filing, copying, and scanning documents
  • Coordinating travel plans and accommodations for executives
  • Assisting in event planning and logistics
  • Ensuring the confidentiality of sensitive information

Requirements:

To thrive in this role, you'll need:

  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize effectively
  • Excellent phone etiquette and communication abilities
  • Proficiency in clerical tasks including filing, data entry, and record management
  • Keen attention to detail and excellent proofreading skills
  • Experience in providing executive support as a personal assistant
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Outlook Calendar) and Google Suite
  • The capacity to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Strong problem-solving skills and resourcefulness

Salary:
$54, $65,515.59 per annum
