Job Overview:
Here's what you'll be doing:
- Managing executive calendars, scheduling appointments, and arranging meetings
- Handling phone calls, taking messages, and responding to inquiries
- Drafting and proofreading correspondence, reports, and presentations
- Serving as a personal assistant to executives and supporting them with various tasks
- Carrying out general clerical duties like filing, copying, and scanning documents
- Coordinating travel plans and accommodations for executives
- Assisting in event planning and logistics
- Ensuring the confidentiality of sensitive information
Requirements:
To thrive in this role, you'll need:
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize effectively
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication abilities
- Proficiency in clerical tasks including filing, data entry, and record management
- Keen attention to detail and excellent proofreading skills
- Experience in providing executive support as a personal assistant
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Outlook Calendar) and Google Suite
- The capacity to handle confidential information with discretion
- Strong problem-solving skills and resourcefulness
Salary:
$54, $65,515.59 per annum
