Location:
Mountain View, California
As a product manager, you will work with a team of engineers, product designers, and product marketers, to design and deliver an AI and data-driven SaaS product.
Understand business and product objectives and develop marketing research plans that effectively address the company's marketing needs across different product lines;
Identify and analyze market trends, technology trends, and business opportunities in big data online platform markets to recommend and defend the product position of hireEZ;
Confer with sales team and engineers to assess products needs and to recommend product requirements and trade-offs of product features;
Collaborate with cross-functional partners to understand their business needs, formulate and complete analysis that includes data gathering, analysis, ongoing scaled deliverables, and presentations;
Conduct data analysis to make product recommendations (success metrics, cost-benefit, forecasting, impact analysis) to improve product performance and company market share in the US;
Develop and automate reports, iteratively build and prototype dashboards to provide insights at scale, solving for analytical needs;
Present product plans and maintain effective internal communications to ensure that all relevant company functions are kept informed of product objectives.
Manage and prioritize multiple projects to ensure successful product development and delivery;Collaborate with the machine learning team to drive the integration of cutting-edge AI technologies into the products and services;
Qualifications
Master's degree in Business Administration or Marketing.
The salary ranges from $92,000 to $100,000 plus equity for this position.
Considering parity with current team members, current market statistics, and applicable experience, knowledge, and skills presented during the interview will determine where a successful candidate's salary will fall within that range.
