The apprenticeship appeals to different tastes: it offers deep insights and a broad knowledge through cross-departmental processes. Additional apprentice projects, such as the independent development of products for the employee shop, round off the overall package. In addition, we also have a culture of using "du" (informal "you") in our company and would like to offer you a warm, but also professional "du" from the first day on.
We think of youIntroduction days at the start of the apprenticeship & anniversary and birthday presents
Promotion of networking among each other
Regular meetings with apprentices from other locations and companies
Professional development opportunities
Training and further education opportunities as well as regular feedback sessions
Culinary experiences
Through our own cafeteria & fruit days
