Join our team in Brighton and make a difference in promoting sustainable mobility in your daily tasks.

As a Servicetechniker (m/w/d), you will be responsible for independently installing, commissioning, and accepting our software and hardware products on-site at our customers' locations.

You will have a hand in the entire process, from the initial requirements to the final acceptance.

Your role will involve a mix of tasks, including working at our service desk in Berlin and in the field, with a focus on ITCS technology in vehicles and at stops.


Your responsibilities will include:

  • Installing and commissioning hardware and software at customer locations, including testing and configuration
  • Conducting sample installations of our systems for demonstration and verification purposes
  • Assisting during the rollout phase of new ITCS systems
  • Collaborating closely with internal departments to ensure the best implementation of customer requirements
  • Creating cabling documents and technical drawings for ITCS systems in vehicles and at stops
  • Developing installation instructions and training materials for customers or external service providers
  • Supporting the ITCS service desk in answering technical inquiries and troubleshooting issues

Requirements:

  • Completed training in electrical engineering, computer science, or a related field
  • Experience in ITCS technology, preferably in public transportation or similar industries
  • Strong knowledge of network technology and IT infrastructure
  • Familiarity with service desk software and ticketing systems
  • Proficiency in MS Office (including Project and Visio)
  • Fluent in German and good English
