The 020-EPOS GmbH, located in Brimfield, IL, has been a family-owned service company for over 20 years with currently more than 900 employees at four locations in the Ruhr area (Essen, Oberhausen, Castrop-Rauxel, Dortmund).

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Coach / Junior Team Leader in full-time (m/f/x).


Your job:


As a Coach or Junior Team Leader, you are responsible for the operational management and disciplinary leadership of your assigned unit.

You are the first point of contact for operational matters and are responsible for the personal and professional development of your employees and their goal achievement.

You manage and ensure the fulfillment of targets within your team. You enjoy optimizing processes and being involved in their development. You are characterized by independence and personal responsibility, have a high level of assertiveness and a solution-oriented approach.


Your profile:


  • Experience as a Coach or Junior Team Leader
  • Completed training or several years of experience as a call center agent or manager
  • Strong communication skills, ability to formulate language, customeroriented telephone behavior
  • Ability to convey knowledge
  • Excellent manners
  • Customer orientation
  • Collegiality and a friendly, patient, and obliging manner
  • Teamwork, flexibility, creativity, and resilience
  • Good MS Office skills
  • Good judgment and a continuous willingness to learn
