Peerless Technologies is seeking a motivated Senior Procurement Specialist to support the F-22 Program Office located at Hill Air Force Base, UT.

The successful candidate will support the F-22 Program by providing the following skills/activities in support of F-22 operations:

Provide administrative assistance to F-22 Program Office Government managers with preparation of contracts and modifications; Distribution of contract documentation; Providing database support and computer application support; Supporting contract closeout; Collecting data for audit and/or report requests; Coordinating with other Government agencies; Coordinating with the Defense Finance and Accounting Service (DFAS); Creating, retrieving, and requesting contracting reports; Producing copies of acquisition documentation; Preparing source selection material for Prime Weapon System Contractor-related contracting actions; and Tracking contract milestones

The candidate shall utilize commercial or specialized computer applications, such as, but not limited to, the ConWrite or CON-IT Contracting Writing Systems, FedBizOpps, Electronic Document Access (EDA), Federal Procurement Data System-Next Generation, Automated Contract Procurement System, and Contract Information Database System.

Ensuring the F-22 Program Office is in compliance with various Department of Defense contract guidelines/requirements, such as the FAR, DFARS, Air Force FAR Supplement (AFFARS), Mandatory Procedures (MP), Informational Guidance (IG), as well as other applicable documents, regulations, systems, and guides, as required.

Requirements

Familiarity with Air Force/DoD acquisition processes is preferred, but not a hard requirement.
Familiarity with Contract-related tools/applications such as ConWrite is preferred, but not a hard requirement

General professional experience of MA/MS 10 years of experience, or BA/BS 12 years of experience, or 15 years of experience with no degree.

Secret Clearance, and able to obtain Special Access Program (SAP) eligibility if required.
