Responsibilities:

  • Setting up, preparing and operating conventional flat and cylindrical grinding machines
  • Economical, efficient and precise production of parts according to technical drawings
  • Processing of individual and series parts, taking into account different materials
  • Inspection and measurement of manufactured components
  • Performing minor maintenance, repair and upkeep tasks
  • Close collaboration with various departments in the toolmaking division
  • Management of tool distribution
  • Ordering of tools
  • Issuing and returning of tools

Qualifications:

  • You have completed an apprenticeship as a toolmaker, machinist or industrial mechanic, or have a comparable qualification or extensive experience as a flat grinder.
  • Personally, you are characterized by your independent and meticulous work style, as well as your goaloriented and teamoriented approach. Additionally, you possess manual dexterity.
  • Flexibility, reliability and a high level of commitment are natural for you.
  • Willingness to work in shifts (early/late) completes your profile.
