The Schwäbisch Hall Transformation GmbH (sht) is part of the Cooperative Financial Group and is the contact for regional banks in the digital and ecological transformation.

We support the bank of the future to successfully navigate this change in their core business and future revenue streams.

As transformation facilitators, we offer consulting, solutions, organizational development, and training at all process levels. Schwäbisch Hall Transformation is 100% owned by Bausparkasse Schwäbisch Hall AG. In this context, we are looking for an Energy Advisor GreenFinance (m/f/d).


Your tasks will include:

  • Conducting consulting projects in regional banks
  • Training consultants and trainers in energy efficiency, sustainable buildings, building physics, renovation and modernization of residential and nonresidential buildings
  • Conducting energy and funding consultations based on leads from banks and sht partners for private and corporate clients, as well as submitting grant applications
  • Creating construction and renovation concepts for eligible renovation and modernization of residential and nonresidential buildings
  • Conducting homeowner and contractor evenings on energy efficiency according to GEG

What you bring:

  • University degree in architecture, civil engineering, building physics, or energy technology, or a master's degree in electrical, heating, or plumbing engineering
  • Authorization as an energy consultant with the ability to issue energy certificates according to 88 GEG
  • Ideally already registered as an energy consultant for residential and nonresidential buildings in the BAFA register
