Description

Are you looking for a new professional challenge? At our location in Hamburg, we are looking for a technical customer service representative for our client, with a strong understanding of technical issues in customer support.

Your responsibilities will include:

Assisting with order processing
Creating and tracking offers (creating orders, tracking material orders, scheduling and shipping)
Generating invoices and handling damage reports
Communicating with customers on all servicerelated inquiries
Supporting projects and quality management

Requirements:

Completed technical or commercial apprenticeship
Several years of experience in order processing
For technical apprenticeships: knowledge of commercial processes
Proficient in MS Office, preferably with SAP knowledge
Good written and spoken English skills
Strong customer service and teamoriented mindset
