    Description


    As a Finance Manager with the Ada Infrastructure Finance and Accounting team, you will be an integral part of our growing organization.

    Your work will center around managing financial reporting and management activities of the business while working with leadership to position the function for increased scale.

    This position requires an individual that embraces change and thrives in a dynamic work environment.

    Responsibilities

    The role will be responsible for monthly and quarterly financial management and reporting for the datacenter business.


    Prepare and present accurate and timely financial statement reporting and consolidation including variance analysis and evaluation of key performance metrics.

    Other finance focused commercial support and forecasting responsibilities including overhead budgeting and forecasting, payables oversight and cash flow projections.

    Technical accounting leadership - IFRS and US GAAP knowledge.

    Serve as key member of Finance Team helping to plan financial, organizational and system strategies for both intermediate and long term.


    Collaborate and coordinate with regional finance and accounting and teams to drive global harmonization of key accounting processes and reporting.

    Partner with internal functional and regional leadership while providing financial leadership and support.

    Datacenter experience

    Yardi experience
    Bachelor of Science in Accounting or Finance required; CPA or CPA eligible

    Minimum 6 years of career-progressive, relevant experience in a top tier public accounting firm, global publicly traded company, or combination thereof

    Real estate accounting experience with working knowledge of ASC 842 (Lease Accounting) concepts

    Strong system knowledge and intermediate/advanced Excel skills

    Self-starter with superior analytical skills; a problem solver with an astute attention to detail
