    Family Medicine Advanced Practice Provider

    Dartmouth Health Clinic - Manchester, NHAre you seeking to join a dedicated team and enthusiastic care staff? Do you aspire to offer patient-centered and patient-focused care? Want to utilize your license to its maximum potential and oversee your patient panel independently? Then, here's an exciting opportunity for you!Dartmouth Health Manchester is currently in search of an experienced Family Medicine APRN or PA to collaborate with our Family Medicine team in managing the well-being of our patients. Operating within a Medical Home framework, you'll work collectively to deliver comprehensive care to our patients in Southern New Hampshire. Under the general guidance of the medical director, you'll have the autonomy to practice solo as well as in cooperation with physicians, APRNs, PAs, and other healthcare professionals to provide primary healthcare services to our patients.

    Required Qualifications:

    • 3+ years of experience in a primary care clinical setting
    • Prior exposure to managing a primary care patient panel

    Minimum Qualifications:

    • Graduate of an accredited APRN or PA program
