    Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner Dartmouth-Hitchcock Primary Care Clinic - Concord, NHDartmouth Healths Department of Psychiatry seeks a full-time Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner.

    This position will be based at our Community Group Practice, located in Concord, NH.

    In this role, you will work with an excellent primary care practice as an essential member of the Integrated/Collaborative Care team and program, providing specialty consultation and short-term clinical treatment within the primary care practice for patients withmental health and substance use needs.
