Responsibilities:
Ensuring timely and cost-effective production of assigned orders

Planning and continuous optimization of production processes

Achieving and maintaining defined quality goals

Providing technical leadership to employees in a three-shift operation

Improving the technical qualifications and training of equipment personnel

Ensuring compliance with occupational safety requirements and maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in the workplace

Active participation in ongoing continuous improvement processes

Qualifications:
Technical vocational training with further education as a technician/manager, ideally in the field of electroplating

Several years of experience as a manager in a modern production facility, preferably in strip plating

Open, cross-departmental, and process-oriented thinking

Leadership skills and strong communication abilities

Passion and dedication in managing, organizing, and optimizing a production area
