We are looking for you for our store in Berlin


Your responsibilities

  • Managing the department and ensuring an attractive presentation of our product range
  • Achieving planned sales goals and implementing sales strategies
  • Planning and managing staff schedules within the department
  • Providing active customer service with individual and friendly advice
  • Working closely with the store manager and acting as their representative
  • Participating in promotions and marketing activities in the department and store

Your profile

  • Several years of sales experience, ideally as a department manager in the shoe or textile retail industry
  • Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop your team members by setting a good example
  • Serviceoriented attitude, enjoyment of sales, and interacting with customers
  • High level of initiative, commitment, and enjoyment of working in a team
