Job Description:
Quality Control Specialist
We are currently seeking a Quality Control Specialist to join our team in Holley, FL.

In this role, you will be responsible for releasing individual parts for serial production, conducting periodic inspections of injection molded parts using the Guardus computer system, creating inspection orders with Guardus, issuing rejection notices and communicating information to relevant departments, maintaining measuring equipment, and performing common measurement procedures.

You will also be responsible for conducting outgoing inspections and creating shift reports.

Qualifications

Previous experience as a product inspector preferred
Experience in the plastics industry preferred
Familiarity with quality standards in the medical field and hygiene requirements for medical technology/pharmaceuticals (cleanroom production) preferred
Knowledge of the CAQ system Guardus preferred
Basic computer skills (MS Office)
Strong attention to hygiene
Willingness to work in shifts
Team player with flexibility, high level of commitment, reliability, and ability to work independently
