Areas of Responsibility

Telephony and emergency call systems, control center communication technology, emergency call and door intercom systems
Strategic and technological development of the above-mentioned systems and their architectures (including IT standards)
Planning, implementation, integration, commissioning, operation, maintenance and documentation of the above-mentioned systems
Analysis and consulting of the specialist departments for mapping business processes through the above-mentioned systems
Documentation of the above-mentioned systems in accordance with operational, regulatory, commercial and procedural requirements
Monitoring and control of external services for planning, implementation, operation and maintenance measures of the above-mentioned systems

Requirements

Completed, relevant university degree and advanced knowledge/skills or comparable, relevant knowledge and skills acquired through several years of practical experience, as well as comprehensive
