What you will be doing:

  • After comprehensive training, you will manage the application and hiring process, including contract creation, for our apprentices.
  • You ensure a smooth recruiting process and are responsible for coordinating interviews, assisting with pre-selection, and conducting interviews.
  • You support in planning and organizing our onboarding as well as recruiting events or career fairs.
  • You coordinate all interfaces across departments: you are in close communication with various stakeholders, both internally (HR administration & sales) and externally (Chamber of Commerce & vocational school).
  • You effectively communicate complex information to applicants, apprentices, and managers.
