    Business Development Manager Atrium Management Company is a property management/development company with properties located throughout Florida and Virginia. The company has experienced tremendous growth and is looking to align itself with an exceptional Business Development Manager.

    This position will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients and partners, and developing strategies to expand our client base.

    The main focus would be to expand the single-family and boutique housing property management market in the Central Florida area.

    The Property Manager is responsible for the following duties:

    Meet and prospect owners of rental properties to highlight the benefits of partnering with Atrium Management Company Prepare proposals for new business opportunities or contracts with existing clients.

    Develop and maintain relationships with clients to increase future business opportunities. Schedule appointments with prospective clients to discuss products or services offered by the company. Create client proposals based on product information provided by marketing staff members. Keep track of all communications with clients, such as emails, phone calls, letters, and faxes. Review proposals from clients for possible problems or conflicts with company policies. Maintain good relationships with the internal and external operation teams. Helping them be successful with each detail of your projects when needed. Identify potential customers through research and networking activities, then contacting them to set up meetings or presentations. Help manage accounts receivable, including sending billing notices, collecting payments from clients. Research market trends to identify opportunities for new products or services that might appeal to specific clients. Maintain a professional personal presence on social media platforms. Responsible for maintaining and presenting leads and opportunities to the company partners on a regular basis.

    Qualify leads by working closely with key stakeholders and presenting our company via phone calls, in-person meetings, and emails Develop relationships with local realtors, brokers, property owners, developers, etc.

    This ideal candidate must be ambitious, competitive, and determined, as well as persuasive and enthusiastic Minimum - 5 years of experience or combination of education Proven track record of success in sales or business development, preferably within the property management industry.

    Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to make impactful first impressions and effectively engage with prospects. Highly organized with excellent time management skills.
