    Here at VENTEON Finance we are excited to announce a new opportunity for a Human Resources Business Partner . In this role, you will be working closely with a prestigious sports club in the Metro Detroit area. Your main goal will be to uphold a company culture that prioritizes treating everyone with the utmost respect and courtesy. We are looking for someone who can attract and retain employees who align with our core values and unique culture. The ideal candidate will be dedicated to ensuring positive customer experiences for all club members and their guests.

    Job Title: Human Resources Business Partner

    POSITION TYPE: Full-time, Contract-to-hire, Onsite daily
    PAY RANGE: $30.00 to $40.00 per hour

    Expectations and Requirements for the Human Resources Business Partner :

    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is a must.
    • HR certifications such as SHRM, PHR, or SPHR are highly valued.
    • Previous experience supporting a 4 or 5-star recreational club, hotel, resort, or casino is necessary. Experience in a non-profit organization may also be considered.
    • A minimum of 4-5 years of experience as a Human Resources Generalist is required.
    • Proficiency in current payroll taxes and employment labor laws is expected. Knowledge of Paylocity is a bonus.
    • Strong Human Resources skills including management, recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, benefits administration, payroll, succession planning, and organizational development are essential.
    • Familiarity with best practices for creating an inclusive workplace is a plus.
