As a claims adjuster (m/f/d), you will be responsible for handling claims in property insurance.

Your diverse tasks include, among others, communication with all parties involved, with a focus on claims and settlement negotiations, as well as quality assurance of service providers.

In addition, you will play a key role in monitoring and reporting on current developments in building regulations, renovation methods, and the market situation.

This is what you will do
:


  • You will handle standard and special claims in property insurance from a construction and settlement perspective.
  • You will communicate with customers, craftsmen, specialists, sales partners, internal adjusters, and other parties involved (each m/f/d).
  • You will take care of claims and settlement negotiations with customers.
  • You will ensure claims recovery, cost control, and quality monitoring of service providers.
  • You will monitor and report on changes in building regulations, renovation methods, and the market situation.

This is what you bring
:


  • Master or technician (each m/f/d) in the construction/finishing trade and the willingness to familiarize yourself with property insurance claims.
  • Or insurance clerk (m/f/d) with professional experience
