  • The Margaretenstift is a youth welfare institution with a wide range of residential, semiresidential, and outpatient services for child and youth care according to SGB VIII. The target group includes children, adolescents, and their parents. Our child and youth care services combine pedagogical and therapeutic interventions. We have 49 locations for our group programs in the Saarbrücken area, Saarland, and neighboring Rhineland-Palatinate.

Department Head (m/f/d) in full-time for our Hermeskeil location:

for the Residential Family Clearing (SFC) and other tasks as a department head or in the Psychological Service:
As a department head at Margaretenstift, you will take on a leadership role based on our mission.

You will ensure the implementation and further development of quality standards in the pedagogical, social work, and therapeutic practices of your department.

Your tasks will include managing, coordinating, and advising employees (m/f/d), ensuring the necessary framework, and taking final responsibility for cases.

We are looking for a department head to lead the Residential Family Clearing (SFC) in Hermeskeil. This includes managing and taking responsibility for child protection services. A multidisciplinary team supports parents in caring for and raising their children, including infants. The services are limited to six months.
