Role Summary:

The role is responsible for building out agile programs in data science, revenue assurance practices and data automation. The Program Manager will be a critical part of revenue operations organization. Be able to build and execute on critical Sales & Customer success initiatives across its lifecycle, demonstrate ability to facilitate programs on data reporting and automation with a keep perception on process improvement. The role will require leadership and communication skills to interact with cross functional teams and C-level.

Job Scope/Supervision:

The Program Manager will work very closely revenue operations leadership team. The cross functional team will comprise of sales operations, revenue assurance, sales & customer success, data analyst, data architects and other functional leaders.

Duties and Responsibilities:

The primary responsibility of the Program Manager is to support large, complex programs that influence productivity and performance metrics for Sales & Customer Success.

• Ownership for overall results of projects and programs with ability to track, and report through JIRA
• Ability to understand complex database environments and influence process improvement while seeking scope for automation.
• Requirements discovery, project planning, budgeting, risk assessments, change management, & resource allocations mapping
• Capacity to work with an international (virtual) team
• Work with other program managers and the internal GTT organization to create and continuously optimize processes
• Demonstrate leadership in commercial execution and alignment with stakeholders

Required Experience/Qualifications:

• Must have 10 or more years experience in execution of commercial programs for Sales & Customer Success
• Certifications: CX Journey Mapping, Agile Hybrid Project Pro Credential, Project Management Certification (PMP) and Disciplined Agile Scrum Master Certification (DASM)
• Experience in large transformation, programs, and governance models
• Program Management experience with communication and presentation to C-level
• Strong understanding of database, reporting, machine learning and automation related programs
• Skilled in data driven decision making and influencing stakeholders through insights
