    Job Summary
    Brave Health is seeking a full-time Partner Success Specialist within the Partnership team to process new patient referrals from partners and share timely updates using multiple platforms and digital tools.

    Responsibilities

    • Process new patient referrals each day, creating or updating new patient accounts.
    • Perform accurate data entry tasks across multiple platforms, including spreadsheets and various web-based portals.
    • Communicate effectively with other departments to ensure accurate data and patient success
    • Ensure the integrity and security of patient information in compliance with privacy regulations.
    • Learn and utilize new technology to optimize processes and systems as we scale to meet growing demand
    • Contribute to the team training guides and process documentation for internal audiences

    Qualifications:

    • Experience working in Salesforce or other complex CRM
    • Tech-savvy and comfortable in a high-growth environment
    • High level of organizational and time management skills
    • Exceptional attention to detail
    • Healthcare experience not required but a plus
