- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field is required.
- 3+ years' experience working for top-tier consulting firms (e.g., McKinsey, Bain, BCG, Deloitte, EY, PwC, KPMG)
- Over 10 years of relevant professional background, with at least 5 years in the management of large, complex, cross-functional projects.
- Demonstrable success in projects using Agile methodologies, with a minimum of 3 years as a Scrum Master on enterprise-level application development projects.
- Certification as an AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner
- Certification as a Scrum Master or equivalent is preferred.
- Exceptional program/project management skills, with experience in platform operations, digital marketing, SaaS/PaaS, and/or cloud products are highly desirable.
- Track record of leading technology implementation and process improvement initiatives.
- Strategic planning, risk management, and change management expertise.
- Ability to create detailed project plans with clear milestones, timelines, risk assessments, and mitigation strategies, including resource and budget planning.
- Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills, capable of juggling multiple priorities and driving toward timely completion.
- Willingness and ability to be hands-on, directly managing projects when necessary.
