    JOB OPENING: BARISTA POSITION AT JAMES PERSE ROBERTSON LOCATION


    Are you passionate about coffee and creating exceptional experiences for customers? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment? If so, we are looking for a dedicated Barista to join our team at the Robertson location!



    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
    • Show dedication and enthusiasm to enhance business growth by providing customers with outstanding experiences
    • Cultivate professional relationships with regular clients
    • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store at all times
    • Take orders with expertise in coffee and the menu
    • Deliver orders to tables efficiently
    • Assist with busing tables, glassware, and cutlery
    • Specialize in preparing coffee beverages
    • Follow security policies, credit procedures, and other assigned tasks by Store Management
    • Adhere to company policies and procedures diligently
    QUALIFICATIONS/ PRIOR EXPERIENCE
    • 6 months to 1 year experience as a Barista or Server
    • Proficient in coffee preparation
    • Willingness to educate customers about coffee products
    • Friendly and outgoing personality
    • Passionate about expanding customer base and exploring new ideas
    • Physical capability to perform various tasks in the store environment
    • California food handlers card mandatory
    PAY TRANSPARENCY

    This position offers a competitive hourly rate of $20.00.
