Job Summary:
We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Marketing Specialist to help us in our overall marketing efforts. The right candidate must be, first and foremost, a graphics wizard, capable of wowing with creative eye-popping images.

This position works hand-in-hand with the Director of Marketing to develop and execute on-brand content for various mediums, including digital (social media, websites, advertising, etc.) as well as print (brochures, trade show booths and banners, etc.).

The right person must be hands-on and self-directed but must also be good at taking direction and being a great collaborator ? able to seamlessly work with stakeholders across multiple internal and external departments.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

General

Must be expert in multi-tasking.

The tasks assigned to this position will move quickly and change often, so the right person must be flexible, adaptable, and organized.

Must have experience developing and maintaining a content calendar.

Must show proficiency in creating and managing all aspects of content and how to tie everything together, including email, blog, social, video, and in-person events.

Work with internal stakeholders to manage blog calendar and all associated supporting tasks, such as emails, social posts, website updates, etc.

Will, under the supervision of the Director, create and manage social media, including writing, associated graphics, and scheduling.
Will monitor and respond to social media comments and reviews.

Will play an important role in developing and managing the company's digital marketing campaigns for both inbound and outbound targets for specific company verticals and business divisions.

Will support the company brand as a brand ambassador, following brand standards and aligning marketing materials, all outbound and internal communications with the appropriate messaging, aesthetic, tone, and voice.

Manage marketing requests, communicate with requestors, prioritize, and schedule marketing projects with Marketing team.

Graphic Design

Must be expert in Photoshop and Illustrator. Examples of work will be required.
Creativity wanted.

Will be required to create and update: brochures, website images, social media images, email graphics, trade show booths, and more.

Must be able to work within fast-paced environment and be capable of managing several overlapping tasks.
Will work with the Director to ensure all graphic content is on-brand.
Will collaborate with stakeholders to develop and deliver necessary content.

Requirements

Required Skills/Abilities:
Highly developed attention to detail.

Demonstrable understanding of general marketing requirements and responsibilities, and how what is assigned to this position fits into overall big-picture needs.

Experience using digital marketing automation tools such as Constant Contact, MailChimp, etc.
Must possess superb written communication skills.
Strong project management and problem-solving skills.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with internal departments and business partners.
Well-organized with excellent time-management abilities ? ability to effectively multitask.
Proficiency in MS Business Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Desired Skills

Familiarity with Wordpress.

Education And Experience

Minimum 3-5 years digital marketing experience.
Bachelor's degree in related field, or equivalent experience.
3-5 years content creation experience (social, collateral, website, etc.)

Physical Requirements

Prolonged periods of sitting or standing and working on a computer.
Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.
