    Basic Job Functions:
    Nucor is seeking qualified applicants for the position of a Recruitment Marketing Specialist at our corporate office.

    As a part of the Talent Team, this role will partner with the Talent team, divisions, and our external partners to build and support a strong pipeline and identify, engage, and attract world class talent for needs across the enterprise.

    The Recruitment Marketing Specialist will help define talent campaigns and execute media placement increase awareness of Nucor as the employer of choice.

    The Recruitment Marketing Specialist responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
    Establish and oversee recruitment marketing campaign strategies across multiple channels to attract the target audience Manage advertisements in appropriate media, recruiting, and social networking sites to attract candidates Coordinate with Talent Brand Specialist and Social Media Specialist to place paid media content across Nucor social media and related platforms Report on all KPI's and suggest data driven adjustments as necessary to meet goals Safety is the most important part of all jobs within Nucor; therefore, candidates must be able to demonstrate the ability to initiate, lead, and uphold safety policies, practices, procedures, and housekeeping standards at all times

    Minimum Qualifications:
    2+ years of digital recruitment marketing strategy/campaign experience2+ years experience with Google Ads, LinkedIn Ad Manager, etc

    Preferred Qualifications:
