- Collaborate in the development of strategies to improve the organization/prioritization/time management in the implementation of virtual patient care.
- Collaborate in the ongoing assessment/development of clinical education needs for all clinical and non-clinical care givers.
- Participates in the development of organizational policies and initiatives related to collecting, managing and communication CVN data.
- Conducts analysis of clinical data elements supporting reporting, analytics, clinical workflow and information exchange. Identifies data source quality defects and recommends CVN system improvements.
- Maintains strictest confidentiality in the areas of client, patient, employee and physician relations.
- Practices and adheres to the "Code of Conduct" philosophy and "Mission and Value Statement".
- Complies with all standards for safety, risk management, and infection control as required by clients and enforcement agencies.
- Ensures compliance with all medical and technical procedures, operations and the Quality Management Program including compliance with the FACT/FDA, CoC, CAP, TJC, CMS, and standards and other applicable laws and regulations.
- Education: Master's in Nursing, Informatics, MBA or Healthcare Management degree preferred, Bachelor's degree in Nursing required.
- Experience: Ten (10) years progressive hospital experience and previous experience with successful progressive supervisory and/or management experience required.
- Special qualifications: In a nursing informatics work environment, you'll manage and communicate data and information to consumers, nurses, patients, health care providers and patients. Act as the liaison between nurses and technology people. Must be able to successfully complete established competencies for the position within designated probationary period. Effective communication skills; both orally and written. Computer skills needed. Ability to direct and manage a team and work with others within a team to ensure quality patient care. Strong critical problem solving skills. Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers or regulatory agencies. Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions.
- Hours of work: Monday through Friday and as directed.
- Travel: 60-70%

Job DescriptionSUMMARY
Banyan Medical Systems is looking for nursing professionals in the healthcare field who can effectively manage all clinical aspects of Banyan's relationship with its clients. As a member of the Clinical Operations team, the RN will work closely with the sales and technical divisions while providing top quality clinical expertise pre and post sales to strengthen client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will ensure day-to-day management of clinical operations projects and programs. Coordinates care continuum systems that will enhance the quality and cost-effective delivery of patient care with the following core competencies:
