    Position: Part-time
    Duties/Requirements:
    The Certified Core Value IndexTM Trainer Shall:
    • Provide a Six in-person 4-hour Foundational Training Events:
    The training must include the following:
    • Description of how the CVI relates to the Command's "Mission, Vision, and Commander's Intent."
    • A detailed description of the four Taylor Protocol Core Values with their respective positive and negative traits.
    • Explanation of Core Values numerical scoring and how they should be interpreted.
    • Detailed explanation of how the pairing of the various Core Values work together.
    • Detailed description of how the Core Values Energy Distribution formula works.
    • Clarity about how the CVI relates to work performance.
    • Detailed explanation of how Core Values results play into team dynamics.
    • Detailed insight as to how the Core Values contribute to each team member's performance, in pursuit of the goals and initiatives of the organization.
    • The tactics needed to guide others through a change management strategy that elicits.
    • buy-in and meaningful participation in the process.
    • The tactics needed to guide others through a conflict strategy that elicits.

    • Provide a Six topical in-person 2-hour CVI seminars:
    These six in-person 2-hour seminars can cover a wide array of CVI-focused seminars to choose from but the list of seminars must fall into one of these areas of emphasis:
    • How to Optimize Your Team Using the Core Values Index (CVI)
    • How to Shift Between Core Values
    • Addressing a Toxic Work Culture Using the Core Values Index (CVI)
    • Maximizing the Use of the Core Values Index (CVI) in Decision Making
    • How to Resolve Conflict Using the Core Values Index (CVI)
    • Overcoming Fears Using the Core Values Index (CVI)
    • Aligning Our Core Values Index (CVI) Results with Our Profession
    • Leveraging the Core Values Index (CVI) to Effectively Communicate with Any Audience
    • Deeper Dive into the Core Values Index (CVI)
    • Provide 1-hour 30 CVI-focused one-on-one feedback and/or team CVI workshops that must be based on the Taylor Protocol Core Value IndexTM (CVI)
    The feedback sessions will include at a minimum:
    • Overall explanation of the Taylor Protocol Core Value IndexTM (CVI) assessment
    • Interpretation and Understanding of the individual's and/or team's CVI report scores.

    Experience:
    • Must be a Certified Core Value IndexTM (CVI) practitioner.
    • Must have at least 3-years' paid experience conducting CVI Foundational Training, CVI Seminars, CVI 1-on-1 Feedback, and CVI team workshops.
    • Experience working with the military is critical to proper application of the CVI in a military setting. The Certified Core Value IndexTM Trainer therefore must have at least one year of paid experience teaching/facilitating the CVI with a Department of Defense organization(s).
