    Summary: We seek a dynamic General Manager to lead and grow our client's branch within the Greenville, SC region. This is a high-impact role where you'll shape the vision, cultivate a top-performing team, and directly own all aspects of our business success.     What You'll Do:

    • Leadership That Inspires: Create a culture where service excellence, safety, collaboration, and continuous improvement thrive. Develop and mentor your staff, ensuring they understand company goals and are empowered to succeed.
    • Client-Centric Focus: Build deep customer relationships, ensuring proactive communication and consistently exceptional service that drives satisfaction and retention.
    • Strategic Growth Driver: Analyze markets, identify prospects, and work with sales to close new business. You'll actively seek growth opportunities, including potential acquisitions.
    • Financial Acumen: Own the P&L, accurately forecast revenue and expenses, and manage budgets to maximize profitability.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and execute strategic growth plans within your region.
    • Foster deep customer relationships to retain existing business and identify new opportunities.
    • Build and lead a high-performing team – recruit, train, and mentor top talent.
    • Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting for your branch(es).
    • Collaborate with sales on accurate bids and ensure optimal pricing.
    • Participate in the Leadership Committee, shaping company-wide initiatives.

    Compensation and Benefits:

    • Competitive salary commensurate with experience.
    • $110k to $140k+
