- Achieve annual growth and profitability plans that are aligned with Sportsclub's mission and vision
- Support club team through effective communication and recognition, building a culture that encourages teamwork and a sense of urgency
- Accountable for club's financial performance, explaining monthly variances and ensuring overall accountability for the operating budget
- Continually evaluate member experience, identifying programs and processes that will drive continuous improvement and opportunities to exceed expectations
- Ensure facility operates with a keen attention for the safety of all team members and membership at large Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in a management role, including supervising and leading multiple teams simultaneously
- Prior experience managing a Group Exercise Program at a multiple-facility health club
- Experience as a Group Exercise Instructor or Personal Trainer is a plus
- Proven ability to manage expenses to an operating budget, including financial analysis
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to problem solve and remain collaborative when addressing any customer service situations
- Able to work with minimal supervision
- Able to handle multiple concurrent projects and assignments.
