- Oversee all aspects of daily operations, including customer service, staff management, and financial performance
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue and minimize costs
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain high cleanliness standards
- Recruit, train, and supervise staff members, providing ongoing coaching and performance feedback
- Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, professionalism, and exceptional customer service
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate events, banquets, and special functions
- Handle customer complaints or concerns in a timely and effective manner
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Manage cash handling procedures and ensure accurate financial reporting
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in hospitality management or a related field
- Proven track record of success in managing a team and achieving operational targets
- Strong knowledge of the food industry, including bartending and banquet services
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to resolve issues diplomatically
- Experience in interviewing, hiring, and training staff members
- Proficient in cash handling procedures and financial reporting
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
