Weekend Needs: As Scheduled
This position will work hour shifts from 9P-7A. In addition to base pay, a $6.00 per hour stipend when working the night shift.
External candidates for this position are eligible for a $10,000 sign-on bonus
Qualified candidates are also eligible for a generous relocation package.
Job Summary
The Nursing Provides management and leadership to nursing units and supports personnel. This includes fiscal responsibility, HR Management and QI activities. Directs and ensures all residents are assessed and their care is planned, implemented and evaluated by competent staff. Facilitates Interdisciplinary Team Conferences. Shares responsibility for continuing education of department and staff. Responsible for meeting CMS/DOH standards for nursing practice and long-term care guidance; assist in managing all personnel, equipment and supplies on nursing units; promoting teamwork with medical staff, personnel of other departments, outside agencies and affiliates. Knowledgeable of all union contracts.
EDUCATION
Current RN Licensure recognized by the State of New York.
