    Qualifications

    Required Skills And Qualifications

  • Relevant coursework in analytics, statistics, mathematics, economics, engineering, information management, social sciences or business/marketing related fields.
  • Hands-on experience with SQL, R, and Python
  • Experience with Hadoop, Spark, and AWS computing preferred
  • Must be a rising senior and above
    • Responsibilities

    Position Overview

    This is a full-time internship position expected to start around June 2024, through August 2024.

    As a member of the Annalect data science team, you will work with client team strategists and media buyers to create solutions that shape the strategic direction of your client's marketing plans through data-driven insights. You will collaborate with other data scientists to build new utilities, improve methodologies, and explore a wide variety of datasets.

    Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform exploratory data analysis and data queries, against outlined objectives, to ensure the availability of the right data and required sample sizes
  • Run predictive modeling utilities to define and project (score) audiences for deployment
  • Evaluate model performance/model separation to determine cut-off points and output resulting user pools for deployment (in/out phase gains charts)
  • Partner with data science team to develop new methodologies and utilities
