Overview:

As a Data Science Manager at Gallagher, you'll leverage our cutting-edge Data Science platform with Generative AI tools. Leading a team, you'll work on high-visibility projects, impacting our operations and presenting solutions from initiation to change management. We seek a dynamic individual to build top-tier Data Science solutions for our successful insurance brokerage, using internal and external data for predictive modeling and valuable insights.

Responsibilities:

Develop and analyze operational and organizational data
Manage a team of data science professionals
Utilize Generative AI for various tasks
Present Data Science methods to leaders and audiences

Qualifications:

Degree in a quantitative field
7 years of experience in statistical modeling and machine learning
Master's or PhD preferred
Experience in data acquisition, model building, and deployment
Experience in market-facing functions of the insurance industry
Experience with cloud tools and structures
